Last week I had the pleasure of hosting a masterclass as British Beauty Week. We discussed the theme of 'Diversity as Beauty's Foundation', and why it's so key for each of us to embrace our own individuality. Beauty is ever-evolving - and while we’ve come a long way since I began in the industry, there’s still progress to make. Diversity across ethnicity, age, gender, and lived experience continues to shape how we see and express beauty. Sharing our skills and perspectives, passing on the baton to the next generation, it ensures they continue to redefine it again and again.
