If you find your makeup pills, you may be applying too thick layers of products or applying incompatible formulas. The easiest ways to avoid piling is to slow down and take your time when applying products, giving time for each to set, applying very thin layers (no slapping products on).

The best way to explain tubing mascaras is that the brush coats each individual lash with a tube of mascara. By creating the tube, you won't get the flaking or smudging you can experience with wax / fibre based mascaras. Easy to apply, and easier to remove, simply use warm water and gently slide the mascara off.
