Very disappointed. My lip balms arrived melted, misshapen, and completely unusable. I’ve contacted customer service twice and haven’t received a single response. Poor product quality and even worse customer service.

Had my eye on this for a while, it’s perfect and great to take away as the size is great.

Absolutely love the mascara BUT not only do I not need the brow wax for my 80 year old eyebrows, but the wax leaked all over my make up bag sticking everything together. Please may we have a separate mascara?

I decided to try this mascara and brow duo.
Have not put mascara on in years as I always have difficulty…so saw thei duo on offer and decided I would give it a try. Delighted, so easy to apply the mascara and it really does look fabulous. So pleased Indecided to give it a try..and the brow brush is easy too.
I bought the tawny but it’s really quite pink, i found it to be quite ‘solid’ too, nicer now it’s warmed up in the hot weather. OK but not great.

I ordered the mascara and brow duo on 8th June, the payment left my bank on the 9th June, I’ve still not received the order. I’ve sent an email but no reply. Much as I’d love to be able to leave a star rating, I can’t !

This is the best mascara, I used one like this back in the 60's, this one picks up every little lash - amazing
To me a very expensive mistake the serum leaks continuously therefore making it impossible to use the lash end.
I used to have so much faith in this brand

I'm a bit disappointed with this. The mascara works, I like the wee skinny brush, but wiping it off with water can leave it smeared on your face. The lash product is fine, again the brush is good. Packaging is really cheap looking and not what I'd expect from a product that cost £28. It's a shame as I remember the ruby&Millie range from years ago and thought this would be better.

We're glad you like the brush! Our mascara is a tubing formula, which means the best way to remove it is with a cotton pad, flannel, or cloth soaked in warm water, pressed gently against your closed lid for 10–15 seconds. The warmth softens the polymer tubes so they slide away cleanly without smearing.

I love the thinness of this brush, my eye lashes look so much better using this brush.
I have poked my eyeballs with the stick numerous times and I am not getting long definition. It does get to all the lashes but it is not giving me any lash effect other than something natural. Does not transfer tho which is a bonus.
This is brilliant! So portable. Tames the eyebrows, they look so much better, and that mascara lengthens your own lashes really well. No clogging AND washes off 🤗
I love this product so much. No matter how tired I am, it literally brings life to my face! It highlights and gives a natural gorgeous glow that feels like I'm watching the sun come down on a beautiful beach :))
I liked the slim brush and the effect of the mascara it looks great. But the three times I wire it my eyes stung so much that I couldn’t keep them open. I haven’t had that reaction from mascara before. I got in touch with Ruby Hammer via email and nearly a week later no one has replied. This feels poor for a premium product.

Both products are great - brows are fixed in place and the mascara picks up every lash and stays on. No eyewatering either which is often a problem i have with mascaras. Highy recommend, just want a brown or grey version too
Kept seeing ads on instagram for this blush in red. Never used a red blush before (thought it would be too bright).how wrong I was! This one is lovely, nice creamy texture, easy to blend, and the colour really brightens up my face. Will definitely repeat purchase and happy to recommend.
