Its a good mascara but it dries out to quick ive had mine a few weeks now used it a handful of times and its drying out already wouldnt say its value for money , but it does make my eyelashes stand outas it lifts and seperates them .

The mascara is good and I like the small brush. Didn’t last very long tho as quite small. I don’t use the eyebrow gel, therefore won’t repurchase.
Please make stand alone mascara or both ends mascara.

The Mascara & Brow Duo was created to ensure that people have a visual reminder to frame their eyes (in Ruby's words you wouldn't frame a Picasso in an IKEA frame.. and that is the effect of defining your eyes without grooming your brows). However, we have a new Mascara refill coming very soon!
Absolutely love tnis liner but just received my new one as it keeps breaking? Never had this issue before?
Mascara is good- not brilliant though. It flakes down my cheeks with the day. The ‘brush’ is great for the edges. I’d personally prefer a separate mascara to an eyebrow duo as I hardly use eyebrow products so it’s unused.

With tubing mascaras, applying too many coats can sometimes lead to flaking as the tubes become overloaded, so we find lighter layers work best. We also appreciate your comments on the dual-ended format. The brow gel was designed to help frame the face alongside the mascara, but we understand it's not something everyone uses. We're always listening to customer feedback, we'll be releasing something exciting very soon....

Fabulous mascara especially for sparse lashes. Would prefer just the mascara rather than duo, as the mascara end doesn't hold much liquid.
Finally I have found an eye liner that stays all day. I’m about to buy a brown one for lower lids and keep the black for a more defined look on the top lids.
Lightweight and perfect for sensitive eyes. The brush gives coverage to every lash and separates them. No clumping just soft feathery perfection. Love the fact it caters for my brows too.
I'd score this a 4.5 if I could. I purchased the berry shade and it is highly pigmented and much stronger/brighter than I'd expected so very impactful and better for an evening/winter than a daytime/summertime look on light olive skin. That said, it's easy to blot to reduce pigment and does stay on for several hours evenly on lips rather than gathering into the creases. My lips seem to react to anything other than the most natutral of lip balms but this product kept them soft and moisturised, although I don't reapply or use every day and did feel like I need to use lip balm once it had totally faded. Hard to keep colour on lips/inside lipline on my middle-aged face so I found it works better when paired with a lip liner.
As a lifelong fan of black liquid eyeliner and I absolutely love Ruby’s, I wanted to try the brown crayon style eyeliner as some days I would prefer something not as dark. This is absolutely brilliant, easy to apply and lasts all day and into the evening. Exactly what I wanted and excellent quality, as are all Ruby’s products (and I’ve got quite a few of them now).
I've been using Ruby Hammer for a while - it's fab and the brush is the best ever.
Very disappointed. My lip balms arrived melted, misshapen and completely unusable. I’ve contacted customer service twice and haven’t received a single response. Poor product quality and even worse customer service. Ruby Hammer listened to my feedback and quickly provided replacements. I tried this for the first time today and was very impressed. Easy to apply and leaves lashes looking longer but very natural. Best I’ve ever tried in my experience.
Bought this and the foot file after trying the mini nail set with pouch and I love it!
Had my eye on this for a while, it’s perfect and great to take away as the size is great.
This is a great product and gives you a lovely pop of colour on the cheeks
A really great nail kit for my handbag - it’s my second one as I lost the first file and really missed it!
Absolutely love the mascara BUT not only do I not need the brow wax for my 80 year old eyebrows, but the wax leaked all over my make up bag sticking everything together. Please may we have a separate mascara?

I decided to try this mascara and brow duo.
Have not put mascara on in years as I always have difficulty…so saw thei duo on offer and decided I would give it a try. Delighted, so easy to apply the mascara and it really does look fabulous. So pleased Indecided to give it a try..and the brow brush is easy too.
I bought the tawny but it’s really quite pink, i found it to be quite ‘solid’ too, nicer now it’s warmed up in the hot weather. OK but not great.

I ordered the mascara and brow duo on 8th June, the payment left my bank on the 9th June, I’ve still not received the order. I’ve sent an email but no reply. Much as I’d love to be able to leave a star rating, I can’t !
