Ruby Hammer x LYMALaser Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter The promoter is Ruby Hammer MBE in collaboration with LYMA Life Ltd (together referred to as “the Promoters”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Only one entry per person.
• Employees of Ruby Hammer Beauty Ltd, LYMA Life Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must have a public Instagram account to enable contact for winner selection and verification.

3. How to Enter. To enter, participants must:

• Follow @rubyhammer and @lymalife on Instagram.
• Comment “Lyma” on the official giveaway post.
• Complete their entry by submitting their email address through the link received via direct message.
• Entry is conditional upon submission of a valid email address.
• No purchase necessary. Internet access is required.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 3rd November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 5th November 2025.
• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive one LYMA Laser device.
• No cash alternative or substitution is available.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be notified by email using the address provided on the entry form.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Winner Commitment

• By entering, participants acknowledge that the selected winner must agree to use the LYMALaser device consistently for 30 days and to share their authentic results and experience on their personal social media account(s).
• The winner must tag @rubyhammer and @lymalife in at least one post or story within a mutually agreed time frame following receipt of the prize.
• The Promoters may re-share or repost the winner’s content on their official channels, with credit to the creator.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data (such as email addresses) will be collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and each brand’s Privacy Policy.
• Entrants’ details will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and, if consent is given, for receiving marketing updates from Ruby Hammer Beauty and LYMA.
• Entrants can withdraw consent or request deletion of their data at any time by contacting the Promoters.

9. General

• The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse entry or withdraw the prize if entries are found to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
• The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully received due to technical failures or any other reason.
• The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The competition is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
