So disappointed

I ordered the brown and black precision eyeliners and am so disappointed. The old 1.7mm was perfection - the best eyeliner around by a country mile - could give a really tight line or be layered up as needed and did not budge. The new version is far too thick and messy. It gets stuck in eyelashes like a number of other brands and comes off. Great that brown is a colour way now but not worth losing the original 1.7 black one for. Please bring back the old version

Our aim with the update was to make the precision liners more versatile, longer lasting and smoother glide as well as to introduce new colourways, including brown, in response to requests from our community. However, we completely understand that for those who loved the ultra-fine 1.7mm tip, this change feels like a loss rather than an improvement.

So easy to use and with staying power!!

This is really lovely

I am in my sixties, I have very sensitive eyes, and am very fair in colouring, the brown pencil is perfect, giving a subtle definition which makes all the difference.

Perfect colour

Lovely texture - glides on a treat but stays put. My initial order was snaffled in transit but a replacement was sent out immediately, so brilliant customer service too.

My make-up essential

This new version of the precision eyeliner pencil is even better than the old product, which was already my favourite item in my make-up bag.
