Ensure your feet are clean before filing the heels and soles, I use my file and work from the outer foot inwards. You can use the file on wet or dry skin and always remember to finish up with a great moisturiser.

Great product

Have had a few different foot files, but this one is by far the best. Does the job at getting rid of that pesky hard skin and leaves feet feeling nice and smooth afterwards. Definitely would recommend.
