I was always taught to groom from head to toe, my late father as a doctor taught me to take a holistic approach, looking after myself inside and out, no matter what the season... he also instilled his love of shoes, so foot care was key.

To avoid dry, cracked heels he taught me to stay hydrated both internally and externally, be careful of walking for long periods on hard surfaces and exfoliate regularly. 

Launching the first Glass Nail File in the UK as part of Ruby & Millie in the nineties, I knew immediately when I saw a Foot File version that it would be a game changer. Built to last a lifetime (unless you drop it).  Simply use, wash, and it's ready to reuse.

The chemically etched glass is perfect for removing hard, dry, flaky skin gently whilst remaining hygienic, and easy to store in a bathroom without fear of it rusting or needing batteries like other foot files.

Working from the outer edges of the foot inwards work the file over any dry skin for safe and even removal of dry skin. Follow up with an oil, followed by a lotion for the softest possible soles.
